Essential Customer Service for Small Businesses

PSA: Small Businesses just a friendly reminder that customer service is everything. There's a different way you need to treat people when YOU mess up to MAKE IT RIGHT that's above and beyond. You can't be wrong and then add insult and inconvenience to injury. You will LOSE customers. Word gets out and around

I know that Black Friday sales are a challenging time but the whole point of these sales are to gain customers not lose them so if you aren't going to treat them right then what's the point? When you make mistakes you have to correct the issue PLUS RESTORE GOODWILL, even if it's just by being polite, apologetic and timely. You certainly don't make the customer suffer even more for your mistake because you want to make things easier for yourself. Maybe you can print this and hang it in your office 🏢.

(Note I had a great Black Friday personally but too many people have been reporting customer service issues. I'm here for the people always ❤.)

Natural Hair product review: Eco Styler Sport! LOVE!

Hi everyone! Found me another eco styler! ECO STYLER SPORT!! This one came highly recommended  for natural hair so I had to try it! And I was not disappointed, I LOVE it! It gave me a soft, moisturized wash and go that lasted all week!  I totally forgot that the curl and wave eco styler did give me more definition lol! Could be due to glycerin in the summer which frizzes my hair but anyway lol. I loved this Scalp Scrub for Natural Hair! Even though I have a very healthy scalp, I've always been curious about the added benefits of scalp exfoliation for removing build up and dead skin cells and really clearing room for your follicles to thrive. I'm so glad I was finally able to try it for myself! Watch this video to learn how I did it and see my results :).

NOTE that this She Scent It nourishing sugar scrub was LIMITED EDITION just for the box and I don't think it's available now. But I think she might consider bringing it out again after hearing about this video ;-). Also Soultanicals just released a scalp scrub in their Spring bundle :-). I usually wear my hair shrunken (I'm that unicorn who LOVES 💘 shrinkage LOL). So it can be a pleasant surprise to realize that my hair has grown 🙆👧. I'm now 2 1/2 years natural and I can see that waist length goal actually happening so yeah gainz + happy dance ✊😊.
